Article 4 (Prohibitions)

Customers must not do any of the following when using this service:

Article 5 (Suspension of provision of this service, etc.)

1. Our shop may suspend or suspend the provision of all or part of this service without prior notice to the customer if it determines that any of the following reasons exist.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. Our default liability shall be waived if not due to our intentional or gross negligence.

2. Even if our store is liable for any reason, we will only be liable for damages within the range of damage that can normally occur and within the price of paid services (one month for continuous service). Shall bear.

Article 7 (change of service contents, etc.)

Article 8 (Change of Terms of Service)

Our shop may change this agreement at any time without notifying the customer if it is deemed necessary.

Article 9 (Notification or communication)

Notification or communication between the customer and our shop shall be made in the manner specified by our shop.

Article 10 (Prohibition of transfer of rights and obligations)

The customer may not transfer his / her status under the terms of use or the rights or obligations based on this agreement to a third party or provide it as collateral without the prior written consent of our shop.

Article 11 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

1. In interpreting these Terms, the laws of Japan shall be the governing law.

2. In case of any dispute regarding this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
